I didn't plan on making an art summary. And yet, I somehow had enough material on each month for this so I decided why not. This year, I started going through a sort of regime change where I'm pivoting towards making more comics than art alone. Meaning for any piece of art I decide to make moving forward, chances are I'm going for either a comic or an original piece based on something from or for my comics. I'm slowing down on the fanart. Technically you could call the public domain characters I feature in my comics fanart, but I think even that's pushing the definition of fanart. Because anyone can make anything with them without paying for permission or royalties.
I consider that Jellystone Captain Caveman art cheating as I made it before July. (By the way, that piece of art was made before I disowned Jellystone after watching a few episodes I didn't like. I'm still mad at the show for how it treats the Banana Splits, have nothing to say that hasn't been said before from what I can tell. No show fell out of style for me harder than that.) But technically speaking, I released it publicly in that form outside of X/Twitter then. So one could argue that it counts.
Given how inconsistent my posting has been, it's a miracle I could make this at all.
