Question 1:

Answer: the story WILL be developed more, and I'm planning to do so in the update of the game. You will get the answers. And no, Akai doesn't need to ear nor sleep since he's a ghost (or yurei to be exact). He can drag a soul into his game, as you could see in the game itself, and plus he's able to manipulate the code of the game a little bit, enough to build something or create a small NPC. About freeing him from the game, I honestly don't think so...
Question 2:

Answer:
1) I don't think anything bad will happen with Pendrive Sonic, Akai isn't really a hazard if you compare these two, so guess he'll either die or flee with injuries
2) Well, I just wanted to make a Pendrive retake for Luigikid's EXE challenge, and so I made him. I also got inspired to make The Blue Cartridge after listening to "Epilepsia" from Executable Mania, and the town with the weird Sonic NPCs was inspired by JoeDoughBoi's Minus Brothers for Mario version of X.
Question 3:

Answer: He didn't really betray you. He just dragged you into his game, because you agreed to stay with him. He's kinda childish and egoistic tho, so if you'll refuse to stay with him, he would drag you in anyways, because he wants a friend. I can't really call that a betrayal, although must say that the "good" ending will be reworked. The one you see in the game was made in rush.
Question 4:

Answer: it's simple. "Akai" is a real Japanese name, although it can also be translated as "Red". Originally Akai was just going to be called "Red", but I thought it's too simple, plus he was already Japanese, so I renamed him to "Akai"
Question 5:

Answer: Yep, you have all the right to do so! He is selfish, egoistic, but also keep in mind that he's just a lonely child. Also, no, he didn't have friends before death, at least not the real friends. About his favourite toy... Perhaps it's his Gameboy Color. And about his favourite game, I think it was Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land he wrote on a rewriteable cartridge at "Lawson". He's probably still sad that he decided to rewrite it for a different game back then.
Well, that's it for the Q&A!
Cya later!
