At long last, Charlie has a new reference sheet (when he was 14)!

At last, Charlie got a redesign after who knows how long! However, this design is based off of his older designs back in 2021, meaning this design of Charlie is him back in the year 2021 when he was 14 years old, explaining his younger appearance. So instead of aging him up with a fresh new look, I reverted his age back to present this design to display my story of EONS.
