Freecirrus

A vast sky-bound cityscape shrouded in mist and clouds, primarely inhabited by Nimbus sapiens.

Freecirrus is divided into 2 districts...
The main district, namely Central Cirrus is where the highly popular radio tower is situated. It's the hotspot for content creators hosting tournaments, contests, workshops and various other events.
The other districts are grouped as one, larger district which can be described as the countryside of Freecirrus, where they use windmills as their main power source.

In case you're wondering about tourism, the clouds in Freecirrus are solid for other species to walk on thanks to the icy landmasses underneath the floating city, emitting some kind of ice energy. Because of this mysterious energy, the mist and magic frequently cause rainbows to be seen across the entire cloud mass. It's also extremely cold to live here, as the city floats just above New Georocc.

To access the clouded city from New Georocc, almost every hour cloud-transport vehicles descend to the Freecirrus Cliffs to provide a passage. However, if you're on the other side of the continent you're better off with the cloud taxi service, which can pick you up from anywhere.
