This is a part 2 to my whole take on pac-man so we start of with the leader of the 4 main ghosts, Blinky

In terms of personality he would have a similar personality to Hanna Barbara Clyde but have a bit more rage within him as he's always getting sick of not being able to get rid of Pac-Man and constantly going to his second in command (that being Inky in this version) for ideas

It's not much but I do like how this turned out and I hope you do too :>
