I need help I need a experienced Programer to help me with my Undertale fan game called

Undertale: The Writers Scribe I need help making a fight system, dialogue system, shops and a stat system.

I'm remaking many sprites since they don't look good. I'm also expiementing with color palettes and am thinking about remaking the game logo. Here are the new designs I have of Bennet and Verda so far.

Progress on chapter 1 has been slow lately but I do still intend to work on this project.

So far me and @_de1n0nychus_ have been making Delve to the Core for a week now. We have made three characters: Bennet, Verda and Delmer. I have also started making the town tile set and background/logos and the title screen as well.
