Howdy!
As you might have noticed, we didn’t post a devlog for July. This was because we didn’t have anything new/noteworthy to say. Unfortunately, this is partially still the case. We set a deadline to be working on Snowdin by the beginning of this month, but barely missed it. That means we’re working hard to get there asap. You’re probably wondering “What’s taking so long?” The main answer to that is…drum roll… real life (ominous music plays). One would think Summer meant more time to work on things, but it almost gave us less. That’s basically what it comes down to.
So yes, the Ruins are still being worked on BUT, they’re oh so close to finishing and everyone but the programmers are still working on Snowdin sprites, writing, music, etc.
Now with that out of the way, let’s talk devlogs. We started doing monthly devlogs for a few months. We’ve decided to end that trend as we don’t progress fast enough to warrant an update every month. It would just be repetition. We’re leaning towards updating at the start of any given month if we have something to show or say. If you’re worried about not seeing us for a while, I would suggest following the Twitter page. We sometimes give out smaller updates there, along with piles of unfunny content.
