One day, Sonic's wife Tails had noticed something she had never noticed before, Sonic was infact, very very ugly, this disturbed tails so much, that he went into a coma. and was on life support. sonic was devastated by this and vowed to make things right with tails. So one day, sonic reads about a plastic surgery that was only $999.99 and agrees to do it. so the surgery was a "sucess" and sonic became much better. or so he thought, he actually became way uglier and had like, six fingers and more toes and was naked. and when tails saw this, he divorced sonic and took all of the money and the fridge, leaving sonic broke, who in return became a wanted cereal arson and evil doer known as "Sonic"
