Art - Is good, albeit a bit cutesy. Not really an issue tho.
Also, I’ve noticed that the rooms are a bit bright for what is meant to be a horror game, could’ve been a bit darker.
Gameplay - Great, actually. Sure, the mechanics aren’t the most original, but they don’t really need to be. While some people may complain about the game generally being too hard, I say that they just need to git gud. Don’t get me wrong, the game's hard, but in a good way, like it’s easy enough to not be totally unfair, but hard enough for it to still be a fun challenge.
However, I do have one major gripe. See, in the tasks, it doesn’t really what you what your task even is. Is it easy enough to figure it out on your own? Yes. Could it be the cause of a few confused deaths? Also yes. I see Jav’s fixed this problem in the AWwJ 3 demo, though, so I won’t really yap on about this.
Edit: I also wish that there was more variety in terms of sound cues, but it's not really that big an issue.
I also like the amount of content this game has. Like, you have your usual six nights and a custom night, but you also have the tasks, two boss battles, and a whole other mode! Just goes to show the amount of effort in this game, especially since it was made mostly by just one guy!
Another gripe I have is that the Javier’s Adventure minigame is pretty RNG-based, since your chance of success pretty much depends on what item you get. But honestly, the minigame is such a small part of the game so it’s not even that big a deal.
Final rating - 8/10: Pretty good, although it has its flaws.
