My take on Termination Protocol Noli cuz I don't like the official design.

I kept the Jester theme but made it a bit accurate to actual jesters, plus made him slightly more accurate to Noli

Forsaken's Noli somehow fits Noli's popular/"classic" interpretation more than TP Noli.
