It’s in the mobile port of sonic 2 but to access it just go to no save and pick any character and when SEGA appears quickly click all letters and then when screen is about to show place both thumbs at bottom then on sound test put in:”01 09 09 02 01 01 02 04” then put in”03 03 03 0B 10 10 10 04” then go to hidden palace and done
