Unfortunately, most of the game's files were deleted/corrupted during a drive failure yesterday. I still have no idea how or why that happened. So, in a nutshell, most of the game's files are gone along with most other files on the drive. The only few things remaining are a few textures and animations. I had a backup of the game stored on the same drive but that too was corrupted/deleted. I should have made a backup on the cloud but I didn't think that this would have happened. I don't know what I'm going to end up doing about this game from here on out.

I don't want to end up canceling this game because I'd assume most of you would be pretty disappointed. But I might have no choice but to cancel it and make a new game in its place. But I'm still unsure if I should spend another year working on the game just to get back to where it was currently or if I should just cancel it and make a different game with the remaining assets.
