I just wanted to start off by saying, this project is going to take way longer than I expected. I have made a decent amount of progress since the first demo released, but most of the stuff I added are still a work in progress. I seriously apologize there hasn't been any updates in a while.
This does NOT mean development is cancelled for Evolution. I am still working on this game nearly every single day. I am really excited to show off the second demo of the game, just don't expect it to come out very soon.
With all of this being said, the main reason I think this game is going to take a long time is because of a few things:
1. I've got a full time job in real life.
2. I get very burnt out and tend to take breaks from this project.
3. I am planning to make this game story driven, (Very different from the usual games I make).
4. I am not a very experienced game developer.
That being said, I really love working on this project! But sometimes it is important to take a break. ESPECIALLY if you are working on something non-stop. Seriously it drives (me) insane. XD
Anywho, with all of this going on with Evolution's development, I do really want to try to make smaller games, (most likely when I take breaks from Evolution), to "fill the void" if you know what I mean. :) Also, HAPPY LATE NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!!
