This one's simpler

c00lkidd gets retrofitted to be Balloon Boy, having his base animations, voicelines but some parts of the voicelines are edited to contain the "Hi", "Hello!" The laugh, and "Bye Bye"

Corrupt nature changes to a Balloon

Walkspeed override is the same

Pizza Delivery spawns simpler-designed versions of Balloon Boy and JJ

This skin would be a variant skin, making it possible for the skin's color palette to swap to Blue and red (Balloon Boy) or Purple and blue (JJ)
