So summer has just began for me, so I decided "why not make some small deltarune fangame with a summer theme to it?" I got True Geno's level of ambitious with it, and just decided to not go through with the fangame in the end.
The concept was that Noelle was throwing a summer vacation party and invited all her classmates to her party. We would then wake up in a car ride with Toriel talking about said party. Toriel would say something like "I know it won't be the same without Asriel, but Noelle really wants you to be there, Kris."
Then it cuts to Kris arriving to the beach, interacting with their classmates and such. Kris plays volleyball with MK, Jockington, and Snowy, but accidentally hits the volleyball into a huge sandcastle someone made. Kris and MK go to retrieve the volleyball, only to both enter in a dark world portal. The dark world would look something like a lost desert temple. There would be some nice scenes where MK helps Kris reach high places.
The reminiscent of that concept is this here title screen sprite. If someone wants to take this concept and turn it into reality, then sure!
