Because of the face plates not matching the endo's jaw, the jaw rips off the bottom third of the face plate. These are hard to see when the jaw is closed.

Mechanic: Occasionally, they'll start to form around you, teeth pointed towards you, and they'll begin to shrink, trapping you inside. Don't move, to not run into it's teeth.
