I know about the inheret problems with this fight, but hear me out:

Literal interpretations of "ghost in the machine" (BEN's "spirits" being trapped inside the Majora's Mask cartridge and Golden Freddy's spirit(s) possesing the suit) from horror media who were once thought to be a single kid possesing a machine, but turned out(?) to be multiple people (While Ben, the kid, can be considered to be a part of BEN, BEN is actually more-so a system of multiple people controlling the game, and while this isn't exactly confirmed, Golden Freddy is theorized to have the soul of both Cassidy and the Crying Child). The appearances they take on are a immobile, usually non-living thing that resembles another character from their game (Link and Freddy Fazbear). They are also known for having extremely bizarre and unnatural abilities not seen elsewhere in their universe (BEN seemingly being able to control the game itself in creepy ways and Golden Freddy being able to teleport, cast hallucinations, being able to transform into just a head, etc.), with their abilities including affecting the game itself in some way (Ditto with BEN and Golden Freddy being able to crash the game, though to be fair it's not certain if this is a directly canon ability), and having very omnious and creepy infamous lines (BEN's "You shouldn't have done that..." and Golden Freddy's "IT'S ME").
