70. The place where it rained
This song made me cry.
#70 is the best Deltarune song, for it is connected with "it's raining somewhere else."
My theory is that this happens right after Sans' speech in the Undertale universe. Maybe the song was titled like that because Sans, all the time, was aware that the Deltarune universe existed. That's why he started losing hope after realizing that since it's all just a loop... He isn't even desperate anymore. During the speech in the "it's raining somewhere else" section, Sans mentions how many times he tried to escape his reality, but he gave up trying. Maybe... He knew the Deltarune universe wasn't made for him.
Listening to this song clearly gives us some of the best memories we ever had. Chilling with sans, in the MTT resort's restaurant.
