Hello, everybody! The demo for Fix the Cameras is almost complete! The last thing I need is for the game to be beta tested, and that’s where you all come in! If you would like to be beta testers, I’m looking for people who:
Are willing to experiment, try breaking the game (that means playing through the beta several times differently!)
Will think critically about the game’s aesthetic, story, etc.
Will report any bugs, errors, etc.
Will be ready and willing to give a brutally honest review about the game. This does not mean trashing it. I want someone who will point out all of the game’s best features and explain why they liked them, and at the same time, will point out the game’s weakest and worst features, and will not only provide reasons behind said critique, but is willing to give suggestions on how to improve said portions of the game (bugs & errors excluded).
Anyone who thinks they are up for the challenge, leave me a comment below saying that you would like to be a beta tester! The first 10 people to comment below will be selected to become beta testers for this game. Anyone who is a beta tester will get credit for doing so in the game, and the credits are viewable at any time (when not at work) and will be shown no matter what at the end of the game. Please note that I reserve the right to kick you out of beta testing with no credit and choose someone as your replacement at any time I see fit for any reason that I feel fits. I promise, this won’t be a bs reason. More than likely you will not be kicked out as long as you don’t flame, troll, or say, “good job, man” or something simple like that.
This game means a lot to me, and I hope it means a lot to you, too, and more than likely, I will have one more round of beta testing to do later before the game’s full and official release, so even if you don’t get the spot this time, there will be more chances in the future with more spots available should the demand for this game reach beyond my expectations.
Because of this, I encourage you to follow this game so that you recieve an update when the next round of beta testing occurs. You’ll have a better chance of getting in, that way ;)
Also, yes, any of you beta testers who just so happen to be Let’s Players like myself, you can record this beta and post it to Youtube as a Let’s Play ;)
Thank you to all who read this, and thak you to all who participate in the production of Fix the Cameras.
