Finally I finished my update to 0.4.

Main elements

ULBphase3 has been completed

Added Secret Fight function (S-key on title screen, but you can't give the code yet)

GameOver screen has been improved.

Objects have been repaired to work at lower fps as well as higher fps. This means you can play comfortably even at low fps (probably).

ULBphase3 has been perfected to address the sound shift (code by bob)
