1930 Louisiana, Billy was the life of the party, clubbing every night, never seemed to get tired. Yes sir, Billy was the life of the party... and afterlife of the party. One day in the club Billy was in, a gang shootout occurred, poor Billy got caught in the cross fire. But death ain't enough to stop the party for Billy. They say his spirit is still in the Swinging Noose, the club he died at. Still partying without an end in sight.
