Instead of Blackheart Bonnie having a broken heart like the official design, I gave him a black heart, which I thought to be much more fitting, considering his name.

It's kinda funny how Heartsick Baby's and Blackheart Bonnie's official designs are representive of the other character's name:

Blackheart Bonnie has a broken heart, fitting the name "Heartsick" while Heartsick Baby is a evil cupid, spreading the opposite of love, which fits the "Blackheart" name.

That's why I made Heartsick Baby a prom queen with a broken heart and Blackheart Bonnie infested by agony, to visualize that he's heartless.

Also, in case you're confused by the way I drew the black vein thingies; Blackheart Bonnie is supposed to be slightly transparent, while also lacking an Endoskeleton. The heart and the veins are on the inside of his suit. The eyes are the only part of his Endo, that's still present. I kinda messed that up, by making the veins and heart appear as dark as the eyes and the insides of his mouth.
