Blue’s design and Jumpscare Concept.
I also tried to do a muzzle test in the Jumpscare concept for a non-bipedal creature.
Jumpscare Concept:
Blue will leap onto you and nuzzle you. Guess what happens, He freezes you of course.
Also his nose is sleep inducing... Once he uses this ability once, His nose stops glowing for about 4 minutes and it will glow again, making it sleep inducing again. I actually thought of that before making Blue a character in Ice. C. So he will use his nose in a 2nd Jumpscare.

The Nylium is used as a representation of what the snow would look like. The snow is more blue and is colder than normal. It’s probably the same snow from the blizzard.
