Проводить дальнейшие сделки (торги, покупки) с владельцем и самой лавкой настоятельно не рекомендую. Дальнейшую деятельность лавки объявляю неправомерной, пускай она и объявляет закрытие.

На такое решение повлияли различные скандалы вокруг лавки и сложности в сотрудничестве с владельцем.

To conduct further transactions (bidding, purchases) with the owner and the shop itself I strongly recommend not. Further activities of the shop I declare unlawful, let it and declare the closure.

This decision was influenced by various scandals around the shop and difficulties in cooperation with the owner.
