yup, as the title says, this spinoff game is cancelled
this was mainly due to multiple factors:
the game wasn't fully planned out during the start of it's pre-production
it got announced and brought into the world way too early, building hype way too early on a game that hasn't even started development
no progress was made in months due to me and duckter focusing on other projects, thus dying down the excitement to work on this game
only one model was made for the game prior to it's cancellation, which is the model for submerged bonnet
i'll ask duckter if he'd be alright with releasing this model to the public for you guys to use
so yeah, that's basically it, i'm sorry for all the people that were hyped for this, but tbh, i really want to move on from bonnet's location and focus on my own projects for the foreseeable future
Bonnet's Location 2 and Poppy the Cat are still gonna be made, i'm just not gonna be involved with the development of those games anymore
