Attack: 80
Defense: 105
Magic Attack: 90
Magic Defense: 97
Speed: 110
Luck: 130

Billy is the seventh boss (according to ingame files) and is encounter at the end of the Billy Maze bonus dungeon. Has a increased critical hit rate of 12% and light based magic deal 300% more damage. Watch out for his attacks like “Oxi Nami” or “Mighty Regeneration”.
