Tony Tangier’s attacks are mostly physical ones, but he is aided by a Yakuza Lady and a Bodyguard. So watch out for them! He is the third boss in the game and is found at the casino. He later appears in the postgame as head of Penn Central (for ciminal reasons), but not as a boss.
