Here's how to buy and redeem a boost:
Open up the Shop and buy a boost! ⚡
Email [email protected] with the URL of the post, game page, or profile you'd like boosted and the start date you'd like. Use the subject line "Boost Request" to make sure we see it.
If you'd like it to start asap, just say ASAP in the email. We will reply with a confirmation when your boost is live.
Book a boost at least 48 hours in advance so Server Rat has time to prep it.⚠️ Make sure to send your email from the address tied to the account you used to buy the boost. (We gotta know you really bought one.)
We reserve the right to decline a boost at our discretion, especially if it violates our Site Guidelines or Terms of Use policies. (So be cool.)
There are no returns allowed on boosts, purchase at your own risk. 😱
Would you like to Gift a boost? It's easy!
Either purchase the boost as a gift and send it to your friend OR
Send us the URL you'd like boosted and we'll let your buddy know of your kind gesture.
