Break Time 2: To Go Announcement

In an earlier post, I mentioned a potential crash involving a lack of memory in the computer running the game. I stated that I had no real way of solving this issue. And this has been true.

Until now.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I’m proud to present the “Lightweight” Version of Break Time 2, humourously dubbed “Break Time 2: To Go. To save space and memory usage, the following has changed:

  • Hard mode has been removed, cutting the resource usage theorhetically in half.

  • As a result of the first change, I’ve been able to remove about half of the images files from the game. Reducing the file size aswell.

This version should be coming out within the next few days, this can also be considered an update so if there’s any bugs you’d like to report let me know in the comments.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
