I find it to be a much simpler poem to digest, but on the other hand, I find its appeal in it. It's very sharp and straight to the point, still sounding poetic.
I wrote it the other night under an hour or less, but I'm very happy with how fluid the process was, not to mention result itself.
I would agree that the idea might be childish, but it captures everything I had to tell myself that night.
