Considering how distinguishable he is from the other two, lemme say that he's separated from the other gingers since he's a nearly successful test subject (the other Ginger Boys failed and idk what to replace the r word here). His sense is still quite abnormal though. He works as an involuntary partner after the twin's death for a while
This means that he's still sane (kinda), can think of his own without looking like he's a robot servant or a brainwashed slave, and be gay (jk, he's bi)
