Backstory

Since childhood, everyone had told him that wind magic is useless. "How will you protect yourself if a human suddenly attacks you?" I'll find a way, Bront said. The creation of whirlwinds of leaves constantly falling from these strange trees in Ruins instilled in him a love of beauty. There is nothing beautiful about killing monsters and people, but the society around him lived by faith in the legend of the seven human souls. And, not accepting this, Bront chose the life of a hermit, honing his skills day after day and experimenting with different skills. He thought that such a life would protect him from having to fight against anyone, but one day you find his home...

Pacifist path

Bront will not believe your words of trust and unwillingness to fight, because you ignored the warning he left on the way here. Living alone has steadily influenced his behavior, but you have to find a way to prove to him that you are ready to accept him for who he is. Having understood this, Bront will allow you to apply mercy. He will still be distrustful of society, but it seems that meeting you will create a ray of light in the darkness of his distrust. Maybe one day he will help you, but right now he needs to think about everything that happened.

Neutral path

He feels that you are capable of being violent, but, for some reason, you have not made it a tool of your survival. What do you want from him? Confidently showing him your calmness and inaction, you will get the opportunity to leave the battle. Bront will not allow him to be spared, and finally asks you not to return. If you choose to attack him, he will tell you all his rejection of it. After receiving a critical blow, Bront will leave the battle and hide in a place unknown to everyone, and his trace in the history of monsters will be forever lost.

Genocide path

You are disgusting in his understanding. It's useless to talk to him. Bront will turn all his hatred against you. But you are stronger. Realizing the inevitability of death, he will leave the battle. "What a coward". You will meet him later, but this time Bront resolutely accepts his fate, dying a hero who overcame the rejection of society and stood up for it. You will receive the Bront's staff, which significantly increases the speed of movement during combat.
