Bugfixes and news on multiplayer

Hey guys, sorry multiplayer has been taking so long to get out. Real life stuff has been in the way however I’m slowly but surely finishing direct-ip play. As it stands the pregame lobby for multiplayer is fully function IE the server can set teams, set the map and start the game and the clients are able to connect, change their team and receive updates from the server. Chat is also working and i’ve fixed numerous bugs with the menu interface. I’ve included another small patch including the multiplayer changes as well as some small fixes to the interface and tooltips. I hope to have 0.3 ready for you soon.

Full Changelog:

  • The repeat button now correctly shows its tooltip.

  • Fixed a bug where a client had to restart their game when a server is shut down.

  • Allowed players to change their team in multiplayer

  • Allowed the server to change the map in multiplayer.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
