Build 0.5.5 is live and Kickstarter Progress

Hey friends,
We’ve been hard at work preparing the next series of updates to our tactical pre-alpha as well as our Kickstarter page. We’ve collected tons of feedback and in the next few weeks will implement a few dozen changes.

Patch 0.5.5 is now live!

Added ‘Lift’ - a basic ability allowing players to spend half of their hero’s turn to change the position of a single object, ally or enemy from one adjacent tile to another.

Added a basic level-up interface enabling players to choose their heroes’ new abilities as they level through the demo.

Also included are a bunch of changes, among them:

  • Overhauled Cave level balance and added rooms.

  • Frighten now cancels overwatch and brace.

  • Added a retry button to the level failure screen.

  • Fixed chests being opened through walls.

  • Fixed run + melee detection not working in some cases.

  • Fixed potions spawning in inaccessible tiles.

  • Gharbarak will now level up and choose abilities as heroes.

  • Improved dialogue camera and speed.

Thank you for your continued support, and please introduce Fort Triumph to friends and other tactics lovers, we need your help in order to succeed on Kickstarter and fully develop our game.
