After about a month and a half, build #006 has finally arrived!
Here’s what changed:
A boatload of new guns! The N-series, N-1, N-2, N-3, N-4, and N-1A1, and an L96.
A class system with Assault (N-1), Sniper (L96), Medic (N-4), Support (N-2), Special Forces (N-3), and Anti-Tank (N-1A1). So far, none of the classes have their special ability, but it’s better than having all the guns all at once.
An account system! Feel free to register with Polystrike. It won’t have any affect now but in the future it will store save data!
New character model! Unfortunately, shape keys don’t transfer to Unity so bending limbs look a bit out of shape
A reset button in the in-game menu, and a new bug where you can’t click anything in it, use the arrow keys to navigate it.
Fixed a bug where your framerate determined your rate of fire
New icon and splash screen
Better walking/running “root” animations. You’ll see further improvements on this in build #007
We listen to you, the player, in order to make improvements to Polystrike to make it better! Here’s what we changed due to user feedback:
Reduced motion blur
Brought back the quality control panel when starting the game
