I managed to jam together a lot of things before my week gets crowded once again. I’ve got a really cool idea to put in but I haven’t completely thought through all the code and tested it so it isn’t active. I also haven’t tested one of the big systems (class system) but theoretically it should work fine. If things are really weird, submit a bug report and I’ll see if I can manage to get to work on it.
Anyways, enough talk, let’s see what’s new in Build 13:
Added an RFB-24, a sniper made by Kel-Tec
Added an MP5, an SMG made by H&K
Attached the BotSpawner script so bots will actually spawn now
Added a quit game button
Fixed walking animation while aiming never stopping
Made a class system
Fixed reloading with a full mag and a bullet chambered
Added limited ammo (marked in the corner of your ammo)
Changed the HUD color and added a UI scope
Added Recoil movement
Added ammo supply drops, marked with an orange trail
Added a dialog that appears saying “connecting…” to show you need internet access
Fixed aiming while reloading
Added build identification in bug reports so now I know if you’re on the latest build or not
Prepared gun system code for a cool feature coming in Build 14 ;)
Be careful not to reload too much, you have limited mags now, not limited ammo!
