Build 2.6

-Added a screen settings menu where you can change the aspect ratio and toggle VSync/Perspective Effect.

-Fixed turning off music box in Custom Night doing nothing.

-Improved the perspective effect so it's no longer blocky.

-Title Screen music no longer restarts if it's already playing.

-Made the detail about turning off the music box making challenges un-winnable less vague.

-The file size has increased, but that's because I had to replace the audio with the ones I didn't optimize. I will optimize them in 2.6.1 but I want to get this out of the way before I spend time with that.
