Bukiyo is a tulpa like entity that feeds on emotion, mainly positive like joy, hope, laughter etc. Kansen was created by her to be her companion and comedy partner but also as a way to split her two consciousnesses into two separate beings. Bukiyo is the sun, the beacon of fun, energy and comedy. Kansen is the moon, the beacon of despair, agony and tragedy. Kansen listens to Bukiyo and serves her but if the situation calls for it Bukiyo let's him be in the front seat. They often build friendship with children as their minds are easier to fool and manipulate into getting what they want. They have reality warping and perception changing powers. Their reality warping is based on what they find funny or scary, funny for Bukiyo, scary for Kansen. If their victim does not find their reality warping funny or scary it's less effective and can be flat out bypassed, this does not apply to the perception manipulation. They can shapeshift, mimic voices, and have a form of hammer space which allows them to pull really anything out of nowhere if they need to.
