Can be found flying around like bees, they will pollinate nearby plants like flowers and crops. They will follow you if you're holding a flower. If you breed them, you get a caterpillar. When a caterpillar is born after 1 in-game day, it will try to find a tree for it to become a chrysalis. It's a block btw so you can collect them with shears or silk touch pickaxes. After 1 in-game day, it will become a butterfly
