Bye Bye, Blocky Buddies!


For the longest time have our fast food employees been represented by colourful blocks. Now we finally have some proper employees with actual hands to grab the resources and some proper feet to scoot around. :D

The search for a reliable 3D character artist was quite long, but I’m quite pleased with how the employees turned out.

Suggestions? Now that the demo is out, please give it a try and tell me what you like and dislike. Although the game is still at a very early stage it would be awesome to see what I need to focus on the most. Tell me in the comments below!

Optimization Time to stress out those systems to see, if something breaks :D I’m currently optimizing the pathfinding and input/output mapping methods to make sure everything runs smooth on lower-end systems.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
