Howdy hey! Back again but with a status update on Bytes 2!
The main game is finished besides a few final touches, and I am currently laying the ground work for the side and optional content.
This game wont be too much bigger than Bytes 1, I'm just taking my sweet ass time with this.
I do frequent posts over on my BlueSky about this game if you want more consistent communication. https://bsky.app/profile/kickabytes.bsky.social
Also some friends of mine decided to sit down and play Bytes: ATLS. Got some comments on the post game content that I agree with, not great game design on anything added after launch. I'll pile together a little batch of notes of what needs fixing, adjusted, etc, so I can make a little fix up patch for this game and update it later down the line, maybe after Bytes 2 releases.
No release date on Bytes 2 as of this moment. While I say the main game is finished, there is a chance I or a playtester (I have more now) will find something so I'll need to fix it. I'm gonna treat this game like its the last one I make, sure its not ground breaking by anymeans but its quite the achievement so far, doing a few things I've never done before in RPGMaker, which of course means I'll prolly need to redo those bits kek.
TLDR: Bytes 2 is still going, taking my time and not forcing it more than I need too, prolly gonna take way longer than Bytes 1 did since I'm not doing 3 days worth of work in 5 hours.

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
I was bored, so... ManutKat.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
