Cancelled?

I really hate to make this post because it's literally what happens to 99% of the fangames on GameJolt, but I should to inform you guys of some things.

For the most part I believe the game is cancelled, but that doesn't mean the Dark Deception fan games are over. Fazbear Deception will come back, just in a different light.

I'll start by addressing the many flaws with the game currently has. It was very choppy, poorly optimized, and just doesn't meet my new standards as a game developer. I also lost motivation for it.

Concerning this game's future, I do plan to return to a FNaF x Dark Deception concept in the future, but there are many other projects I need to finish before that can happen. Examples being my main two projects Afton's Revenge and One Night at Fredbear's.

When I do return to the game, I will make it a separate game page, as it will be completely different in terms of storyline from this game.

Since I know waiting five months for this has been a big let down, I would like to do one more thing before the game is finished. As soon as I can, I will give the game one last update, which will add what was completed of the second level. I will also add in some other levels that were in very early stages just to mess around with.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported this game's development, as it was one of my first successful game projects that has gotten me to where I am now.

Sincerely

-TheFrebby
