Ever since 2000 multiple hijackings have happened on nick. Following those incidents there has been death. We have very few images of them. This one is one of the few photos we have of them. There has been 2 of this characters on these hijacks. Both blue. And they only come out during summer. They have been nicknamed “the summer blues” if you have any information on them.
