i give up. literally the one thing left for me to do is replacing that piece of shit pc's motherboard and drive with the ones from my laptop, which i'm sure as fuck not doing

fuckin hell. at least things like expurgation are fun to play, but final escape is just bullshit.

guess now i'll try replacing that thing's drive with whatever's in this thing.
