New W.I.P title. Changed the title to Shapeshifters due to the PROJECTS never being worked on (except for Windblade) and are now considered scrapped.

(UPDATE: The title will be reverted to THE PROJECTS to give the PROJECTS more attention.)

Finalized look of Bareall's head. Other concept arts are on hold for a few days with the exception of Bareall's ENA skin.

(Update: the ENA skin for Bareall is no longer in the works due to how awful it looks.)
