It's said to be a fictional Japanese disease where the person coughs up flowers
The flowers start to bloom in your stomach and get into your lungs and it eventually k!lls you
It is caused by one sided love basically when you love someone alot and there in a relationship or they don't like you
The only said way to cure it is if you get over that person or they really start to love you back (true love)
