Playtests revealed that the previous version was much too hard since the cave generator created caves which had rather large areas in them you had to cross here and there.
Since there is only one way to cross areas in this game, which would be gravity this led to a quick demise more often than not.
So the cave generator had to be modified for the level to be solvable more easily.
This was achieved by introducing a “cave-in” feature. This means that after a generation run there is now a “cave-in” run where cave cells crumble (get marked as walls) when there are no walls in a defined distance.
Now you can actually solve a level without thinking half an hour how to cross large cave sections (without dying)
