Added new character, ‘Spencer’.
Added 3 new arenas: RIVER, MINES, and WARTORN.
Removed ability to jump with D-Pad UP, W, and UP arrow (due to annoying accidental-jumping).
Increased player walk speed.
Increased bot movement speed.
Made several (various) adjustments to characters for better balancing.
Fixed bug which prevented John from attacking using Gamepad4.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
