Patients now wander around the hospital when all benches are occupied

Spawned ER patients now don’t start at the reception but at a docters office
Changed the street nodes around the auto repair shop abit to improve the ambulance driving there
Fixed seating positions, patients now select an empty seat and done sit on each other anymore
Improved performance
Wandering patients don’t get cured after wandering for the amount of steps they needed to cure themselves
Wandering patients now don’t cause an error within their behavior tree.
