This release mostly contains main menu work and bugfixes
I also started work on the rating system for your hospital, the rating makes the patients more patient in wandering around the hospital. When your rating is 100% patients will wait double as long before leaving your hospital.
When your hospital has a rating of 0% they will leave immediate when they have to wander around. Your hospital rating also makes your payout for curing patients higher or lower.
Changes
Added two more “Specimen Collecting Room” locations
Upgraded Game Engine to Unreal Engine 4.18.3
You can now get all the illnesses in your game if you want that instead of the default random amount of illnesses.
Patients that have to wander the hospital for to long will leave so you need to build benches to keep your patients from leaving.
Started work on the hospital rating system
Patients now show that they are not happy anymore
Patients now ignore each-other if they get stuck
Patients now wander for a shorter or longer time depending on your rating
Cure payouts are now higher or lower depending on your hospital rating.
Bugfixes
Cleaned up some code in the main menu
Made patients think they are even fatter then they where in 0.3.1
Fixed bench rotation near the patient rooms
Fixed patient seating/laying position they now don’t only use the first seat or bed

Starting working on tooltips in the main menu
Game options menu now shows previous saved settings
Graphics options menu now shows previous saved settings
Patient information will now show when a patient will leave the room and if a patient is happy or not
Added a send home option to the patient information
